Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Infifu CRM platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We provide a real estate CRM, lead management, and marketing automation platform. Features include lead tracking, email/SMS outreach, pipeline management, open house sign-in tools, IDX integrations, and AI-assisted messaging.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed or actively working real estate professional to use this Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You retain full ownership of all lead, contact, and transaction data you enter. We do not claim any rights to it. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the platform on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to store and contact the individuals whose information you enter, including compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable real estate marketing regulations.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to send unsolicited spam or harass individuals
• Violate any applicable law, including fair housing laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the AI features to generate deceptive or misleading content

The platform integrates with Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI). Use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. You are responsible for any charges incurred through your Twilio or other third-party accounts.

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate. Review all AI-drafted messages before sending.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infifu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost deals, missed follow-ups, or data loss.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export.

We may update these Terms and will provide at least 14 days notice for material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
